Delivery & Return Policy

Where do we deliver?
We deliver to all places within U.A.E. Currently, the only available payment option is cash on delivery.

What are the delivery charges within U.A.E?
Delivery within UAE is free of charge for orders over 200 AED. For orders below 200 AED, extra fee of 20 AED is to be paid to our logistic partner for processing of the payment. 

What is our Returns Policy?
If you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item. The refunds will be in the form of credit vouchers only. The return of a product will be accepted only if there are any kind of faults in production and manufacturing and not change in mind. However the customer is liable for the return shipping charges.

  1. REFUNDS POLICY
    1. Items returned because they are defective, damaged or incorrect, will be either replaced, subject to availability, or will receive a refund. Sum of postage and packaging cost, original shipping cost and return shipping costs for re-delivery back to our warehouse will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded.
    2. Refunds are normally processed within four weeks of the package being returned to us. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
    3. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the items to you and pay reasonable shipping costs for returning the item to us.
    4. We will check all items returned to us as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
  2. PACKAGING
    1. We take utmost care in packaging. Should an item arrive damaged due to the negligence in packaging or the mishandling by our logistics partner, you should write to us requesting a replacement and submit pictures of the damage. We will replace the item once the original item has been returned to us.
  3. RECORDED DELIVERY
    1. All orders must be signed for on arrival. On arrival the item should be checked to ensure it is delivered in good condition. If the item is not in perfect condition, please do not accept receipt of the item and it will be sent back to us. If an item is subsequently found to be damaged after the customer has signed for it, we may assume that the damage has been caused post-delivery and we will not accept returns on damaged items.
